lyrics
My world is broken
Is there something around?
Where I can be free of labels
And join back to the nature
Like pure water touching blue clear sky
This time
I'm colorblind
Park full of fences
Highway with no exits
The hand picks up a glass
The flask expires
And now I think
So what?
Home is where I feel to be
Very far away from here
With no turning back
I'm not going away
I'm going home
I guess I'm going out at night
The sea is out of town
Someone stole my shoes
I have to get some
And listen to the lovely sounds
Home is where I feel to be
Very far away from here
With no turning back
I'm not going away
I'm going home
I'm, I'm almost out
Oh what, is happening with you
I can't describe
Is the best of goodbyes?
This is harder than I thought
Doubt is a no, but this is why not?
I keep it to myself until gone
I'm already out of here
But because of you i'm not
I'm already out of here
But because of you i'm not
I'm already out of here
But because of you i'm not
Home
I'm a sucker for lyrics. This song is a beautiful sadness to end a summer with. I love every track on this album but this one is comfortable to me, for better or worse. It captures a feeling I think unfortunately most of us have felt. Surf Curse's whole sound reminds me of loss and no more so then here. logansaxby
